By using DevHubs you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Platform Role

DevHubs connects project owners and developers. We facilitate bidding, escrow payments, and communications but are not a party to individual contracts.

User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate registration and payment details.
• Comply with applicable laws and our payment rules.
• Project owners must fund the bonus pool before work begins.
• Developers are paid only upon project owner approval of completion.

Fees

DevHubs charges fees including (but not limited to) bid fees, listing fees, subscription fees, success fees, and withdrawal fees. These are subject to change with notice.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for fraud, abuse, or policy violations.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be subject to jurisdiction of courts in [Your City, State].
