Refund & Cancellation Policy

Non-Refundable Fees

• Bid Fees: Non-refundable once a developer places a bid.
• Project Listing Fees: Non-refundable after listing is created.
• Subscription Fees: Non-refundable after activation of the subscription period.

Refundable Amounts

Bonus Pool Payments: If a project is cancelled by the owner before developer payouts, the bonus pool may be refunded to the project owner subject to Razorpay/Cashfree timelines and transaction charges.

Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes, we encourage parties to resolve directly. DevHubs may intervene for platform integrity.
